About Shei

Shei is a highly skilled independent educational consultant known for delivering tailored solutions to international schools. With a dynamic, student-focused, community-first approach that prioritizes action, solutionary learning, global citizenship, and community engagement, she empowers school communities to transform their programs and embrace their mission and vision. Shaped by two decades of work across Africa, Asia, and North America, Shei’s unique background in international education, together with her Latina roots, brings a deeply relational, culturally responsive, and equity-centred perspective to her work.

As an accomplished IBEN educator, Shei brings extensive expertise to her consultancy. In addition to her multiple IBEN roles, she collaborates with the Festival of Hope, demonstrating her commitment to innovation and placing youth always at the heart of the work she does.

Her firm belief in the transformative power of wellbeing and mental health informs her practice as a meditation and sound immersion practitioner, where she creates nurturing spaces for all to discover their inner strength, feel grounded and present.
